At Claire & Sophie – Montréal, we believe clothing should do more than simply look beautiful. It should help you feel comfortable, confident and completely yourself.

Our boutique was founded by two sisters, Claire and Sophie Dubois, who grew up in Montréal and spent over two decades working in the fashion industry — Claire advising clients in independent boutiques, Sophie curating collections and trends. Along the way, we saw the same thing happen again and again: beautifully designed clothing that looked wonderful on a runway, but was never really made with real women in mind.

That is why we created Claire & Sophie – Montréal, an online store for women who appreciate feminine style, flattering fits and clothing that feels easy to wear. We carefully select pieces for everyday moments, holidays, dinners, celebrations and special occasions.

We understand that shopping for clothing online can sometimes feel uncertain. That is why we aim to make your experience as clear, personal and reassuring as possible — the way it would feel to be advised by two sisters who genuinely know what suits you.

Our collections are selected with that in mind. Before any piece joins our collection, we ask ourselves a simple question: would we recommend this to our own mother, to a close friend, or wear it ourselves? If the answer is no, it simply does not make the cut.

We look for clothing that feels elegant without being uncomfortable, feminine without feeling excessive and stylish without depending on short-lived trends.

Every item in our store is sourced from external suppliers and production partners we trust.

Before adding a product to our collection, we consider important details such as:

We aim to provide clear product descriptions, material details and size information whenever these are available.

Because some products are supplied in limited quantities, certain colours, styles or sizes may sell out and may not return — this is especially true during our Summer Sale, when we make room for our next seasonal collection.
