4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

5. Cancellations and Returns

5.1 Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason, subject to the conditions set out in this section and our Returns Policy.

5.2 To initiate a return, customers must contact us by email at info@claireandsophiemontreal.com before sending the product back and provide the following information:

• Reason for the return

• Full name

• Address

• Photos of the product (in case of a defect)

5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia. The return address will be provided by email after the return request has been reviewed.

5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all accessories included, properly cleaned, and in its original packaging.

5.5 Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days, provided that the return meets the applicable requirements.

5.6 We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that have been used, damaged, or otherwise do not meet the applicable return conditions, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
