At Claire&Sophie, all payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout system.

Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed through Shopify and our authorized payment providers. Claire&Sophie does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized and completed.
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, your selected payment method will be charged or authorized during checkout.
If your payment cannot be verified, authorized, or completed, your order may not be processed.
Claire&Sophie reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be verified, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the payment provider declines the transaction.
Payment Security
We use secure payment processing through Shopify and trusted third-party payment providers.
Payment transactions are encrypted and processed using industry-standard security measures. For your protection, Claire&Sophie does not store full credit card numbers or complete payment details on our own systems.
Currency
All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
If your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider uses a different currency, additional currency conversion or foreign transaction fees may apply.
These fees are charged by your financial institution or payment provider and are not controlled or collected by Claire&Sophie.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please verify your payment information or contact your bank or payment provider.
We are unable to process or ship an order until payment has been successfully completed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. Claire&Sophie is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment provider.
